Commission & Adopt TOS

By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service. If broken, your commission will be canceled.

1. Wont accept

NSFW/18+
Gore
Heavy mecha/robots
Fan art

2. Payment

Only accept payment through Kofi or PayPal.
Upfront payment.
Refunds are only provided before starting the commission.
No refund on finished commissions.
You may resell the adopt in a different currency
Do not resell the adopt for more than its base price + any added value (art, irl items, etc.).

3. General

I will review the commission details based on interest and capability.
I have the right to turn down your commission request.
Be as clear and detailed as possible; you should include the commission type, characters, references, poses, and other important information.
Image references are required.
Commissioners may share as many references or mock-ups as they like.

4. Intellectual property rights

I have full rights and ownership of my artwork.
Commissioned art is not allowed to be used for commercial purposes.
Adopts may be used for commercial purposes.
You may change the Adopt's design
Do not claim that you are the creator of my artwork
You must also credit me as @cozylatte or by linking to my carrd.
Do not edit or remove my watermark on my artwork
Using my art for AI is prohibited
Using my art for NFT's is prohibited

5. Turnaround time & updates

Commissions may take from 1 week to 2 months.
Clients can check in every few days for updates.
I will update the client when I have moved onto the next stage.

6. Revisions

Commissioners have 3 revisions each in the sketch and coloring process.
No changes can be made when the commission is finished. Please give me the most detailed feedback during the sketch and coloring process.
