By ordering a commission from Cozylatte ("the artist"), you ("the client") agree that you have read this TOS in full and abide by all the conditions listed below.

Tos

BY PURCHASING ART OR CHARACTERS DESIGNED BY ME YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

I, AS THE ARTIST

• Only Accept payment through Cash App
• Have the right to post my work in any form
• Have the right to turn down any commission
• Have the right to reject any commission that fits the criteria of their “Will Not Draw” list
• Commissions may take from 3 to 7 days, you will be notified if extended time is needed
• I will review the commission details based on interest and capability. I MAY ask questions for clarification or request necessary information that the client may have neglected in their form.
• After commission details are confirmed, I WILL Start on the sketch phase
• I will provide you with a sketch for you to confirm. I am willing to redraw the concepts up to two times if they do not meet the commissioner's expectations.
If the client still is not satisfied with any of the provided sketches, the artist cancels the commission
•After a sketch is finalized by the commissioner, I will move onto the line art/coloring stage
• After this phase I will ask the commissioner if any missing details, incorrect color, or any other minor issues need to be corrected.
• During this phase, full redraws will not be provided without additional fees.
• Once the commissioner confirms that everything is correct, I will then shade and finalize the commission. I will send the final commission once complete.
• Commissioner can request minor adjustments at this stage (ex: color corrections, effects, resizing, cropping)
• If the commissioner wants to request any other minor changes missing from this list, they are encouraged to ask the artist if that change can be made.
• Once the finalized piece is approved, the commission process ends.

YOU, AS THE CHARACTER OWNER

• Have ALL rights to the design: (commercial use included)
• MAY NOT resell the adopt for more than its base price + any added value (art, irl items, etc)
• MAY resell the character in a different currency
• MAY change the character's design
• You MUST not trace/copy/steal my art or remove my watermark/signature.
• My artwork MAY NOT be made-into to NFT's and sold with Cryptocurrency.
• My artwork MAY NOT be used in any AI related technology.

YOU, AS THE COMMISSIONER

• You MUST pay after a sketch has been finalized before i start on the line art.
• You MUST provide commission details (commission type, characters, references, poses and other important information)
• Image references are highly recommended, regardless of quality. Commissioners can share as many references or mockups as they like. While references can include art not owned by the commissioner, the artist will not replicate specific artworks.
• You MAY cancel the commission if you haven't sent the payment already.
• Refunds WILL be provided if I cannot complete the artwork.
• MAY use the artwork for personal purposes.
• You MUST credit me when sharing the art piece anywhere (such as your website or social media).
• MAY NOT use the artwork for commerical purposes.
• You MUST ask for any edits during the sketch process.
• You MUST not trace/copy/steal my art or remove my watermark/signature.
• My artwork MAY NOT be made-into to NFT's and sold with Cryptocurrency.
• My artwork MAY NOT be used in any AI related technology.
